Our Vision
The vision of KidCare International is to bring hope into the lives of desperately disadvantage children by providing humanitarian aid, sending teams of volunteers to educate and encourage, joining with indigenous people to build and repair, and linking them with people and organizations of resources who desire to "make a difference" in the lives of the world's poorest children. Together, we believe we can reverse the effects of poverty and hunger on children. This vision in action has brought new life and hope to thousands of children domestically and internationally.
KidCare International operates a hands-on receiving of the humanitarian aid and relief sent. KidCare teams personally receive and distribute the contents of shipping containers and air-transported humanitarian aid. Since 1991, KidCare International has hand-delivered more than forty 40-foot ocean freight containers into some of the worst humanitarian disasters of this century without ever losing a container to corrupt officials.With the help of generous American companies and individuals, humanitarian aid has be given to refugees and suffering people in Kosovo, Columbia, New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, Haiti, Russian (in the early years after the fall of communism), Sri Lanka after the Tsunami, South Africa, Mexico, and Tanzania.

It's time for KidCare International to rise to this need in Ukraine. KidCare International is preparing to send as many 40-foot containers of relief as possible.
We are asking for companies to donate bulk items of clothing, blankets, food and shoes. Unfortunately we are not able to receive and send single donated items such as one pair of shoes or a single item of clothing. We are also unable to send any used items.

These donations will be shipped by ocean freight to Germany and then trucked to Poland at a cost of approximately $8,000 per 40- foot container.
